The Greenbelt in Greenville, Texas, is a 325-acre master-planned, mixed-use development bordered by Interstate Highway 30, Monty Stratton Parkway, State Highway 34 (Wesley Street) and FM 1570 ­– approximately four miles south of downtown Greenville. The Greenbelt will blend multiple uses, such as residential, commercial, cultural, institutional and entertainment, into one space, where those functions are physically and functionally integrated, providing pedestrian connections.
