As Senior Vice President of Real Estate, Jack Turnage plays a critical role in the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of development projects, ensuring their successful progression from inception to completion. His responsibilities encompass the full spectrum of the development process, including acquisition, entitlement, design coordination, procurement, and sales. In addition, he remains actively engaged in the long-term management and operational oversight of each project, ensuring that both residential and commercial developments align with the company’s broader vision and market objectives.

Turnage also provides leadership in the daily operations of the firm, overseeing project management, marketing strategies, and stakeholder relations to drive the continued success of the company’s growing portfolio. He is at the forefront of The Greenbelt development, a transformative master-planned community, and is actively involved in spearheading additional developments throughout the North Texas region. His ability to navigate complex development landscapes and foster key partnerships has contributed significantly to the firm’s expansion and long-term strategic positioning.

Prior to joining the Developer, Turnage earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Mississippi, with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance, complemented by a minor in Entrepreneurship. His educational background, combined with hands-on industry experience, has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of real estate investment, financial structuring, and large-scale development execution. In his spare time, Turnage primarily enjoys playing golf, but also enjoys the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, Turnage also enjoys time back home with his family, visiting old friends, and travelling back to Oxford to catch a football game; but also spend time in The Grove.
